- All SpeakWrite jobs are subject to proofreading on a random basis as a part of a standard Quality Assurance procedure to ensure consistency and quality before they are returned to the client.
- A customer ‘Feedback’ tool for specific comments regarding a job, or comments or suggestions generally, is provided as a part of each final job delivered.
- Each SpeakWrite account is assigned a designated Account Representative who assists the client and their staff wherever necessary throughout the life of their account.
