SpeakWrite’s User Evaluation Free Pilot Program
SpeakWrite encourages first-time new user groups to participate in their User Evaluation Free Pilot Program to enable them to evaluate and appraise the SpeakWrite service, free of charge, in the context of the user’s own document transcription needs. By so doing, the new user group can test the service, with all it features and benefits, without cost and without any obligation or commitment to take that use beyond the testing period.
- Up to ten users per office – The free evaluation testing is available to up to ten user/participants within the testing client’s firm or office ('Test Group'). This affords them the ability to pick prolific dictators, those reluctant to try something new, a variety of different applications, or any other combination that the client feels would be valuable.
- Four weeks duration – The free evaluation testing and usage is done over four consecutive weeks involving all participants from the Test Group. This allows those involved a substantial and meaningful test of the service to judge if a regular use of it in their work would be useful or helpful.
- No limit to usage or features available – During this free usage Program, there are no restrictions on the Test Group participants’ usage of the service, its features, benefits or Help Desk services. The participants experience exactly the same level and quality of service as they will have when they use regular SpeakWrite accounts.

No cost – There is no cost of any kind for any part of the Evaluation program. All set up, all training, all dealings with the Help Desk, all features and usage of the service are without cost or obligation to the Test Group participants and/or their firm.

Designated SpeakWrite 'Pilot Manager' for the Pilot – From the outset of the Program a designated SpeakWrite Pilot Manager is assigned to the Test Group to assist in every aspect of the Program. Participants and the client Program Lead are able to deal and work with this same person for all portions of the Program, and thereafter as their personal Account Manager, should they decide to go forward with accounts after the testing.
- Training of all Program participants – All participants in the Test Group receive specific training in use of the SpeakWrite service prior to the commencement of the Program, so that they are familiar with and able to use all features of the service. In this way, they are able to accurately appraise and evaluative the service and its ultimate value and usefulness to them as they incorporate it into their daily routine.
- Periodic feedback, data, results and final comparative analysis – During the course of the four week evaluation, SpeakWrite solicits and collects feedback and comments from the Test Group Participants, monitors and reports their usage and utilization of the tool and at the conclusion, provides client Management with a detailed comparative analysis of that usage, the Test Group participants’ satisfaction/problems or issues experienced and reported, a cost analysis and comparison, with and without the SpeakWrite service, regarding the work done and written recommendations based on those findings.
