Record Phone Calls

SpeakWrite now offers the ability to record phone calls and have them transcribed on your smartphone, or on any phone. 

On iPhone, BlackBerry and Android:

• Click 'Record Call' before placing your call.
• You will be prompted to enter your SpeakWrite Account Number and PIN (the App will remember your login information if you choose, so this will not need to be repeated).
• Enter the 10 digit phone number you would like to call.
• Your phone call will be placed just like any other call.
• When your conversation is over, hang up and your transcribed conversation will be sent to your e-mail and your smartphone in about 3 hours.

Note: Record phone call feature not available on Blackberry Pearl due to equipment limitations.

On any mobile phone or land line:

• Dial (800) 773-2597
• Enter your SpeakWrite Account Number and PIN.
• Enter the 10 digit phone number you would like to call.
• Your phone call will be placed just like any other call.
• When your conversation is over, hang up and your transcribed conversation will be sent to your email in about 3 hours.
• Your SpeakWrite account will then be charged by the word at the Group Conversation rate.
